Delivery times vary depending on your location. UK and EU orders generally take between 7-10 business days, Deliveries to other countries typically take 10-14 business days.
You'can track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.

We aim to ensure you received your order as soon as possible. Unfortunately this means we generally cannot make changes once an order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

Before you return any item/s please contact us first to let us know why the item is to be returned.
The item/s must be returned to us undamaged in original packaging with all tags intact and in a perfect re-saleable condition before we can provide an exchange or refund.
You must pay the price of postage for any item returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at Growlmama.
The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase.
All returned items received in original condition and packaging with Growlmama labelling intact will be credited to your original payment method.
