We want you to have your new Growlmama kit as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship within 1-2 business days.
Delivery timings depend on your location. UK orders generally take between 3-5 business days, EU deliveries 5-7 working days and international deliveries from 7-14 business days.
You'll be able to track your package by using the Shipping Confirmation email that we send as soon as your order begins its journey.
Please note that orders will not be shipped on weekends or public holidays.

Our goal is to get your goods to you as soon as possible. As a result we process our orders very quickly. Unfortunately this means we generally cannot make changes once an order has been placed. If you wish to make changes, please contact us as soon as possible at and we will do our best to accommodate your request.

If you are not happy with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original order being placed.
In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:
Before you return any item/s please contact us first to let us know why the item is to be returned.
The item/s must be returned to us undamaged in original packaging with all tags intact and in a perfect re-saleable condition before we can provide an exchange or refund.
You must pay the price of postage for any item returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at Growlmama.
The original cost of shipping to you will not be refunded.

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase.
All returned items received in original condition and packaging with Growlmama labelling intact will be credited to your original payment method.
