PAYMENTS

No goods shall be dispatched without payment and payment must be received at the time of placing an order.  

RETURNS

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we can offer an exchange or full refund, provided the request is made within 7 days of the original order being placed. In the event that you need to return an item please follow the steps below:

  • Before you return any item/s please Contact Us first using our online email form or email us at: orders@growlmama.com to let us know why you wish to return the item. 

  • The item/s must be returned to us in a resalable condition and in their original and undamaged packaging before we can provide an exchange or refund.

  • You must pay the price of postage for any item returned for an exchange or refund. It is advised that you use a traceable method of delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for returned items that are lost in the post. 

  • We cannot accept responsibility for any returned products until they are received by a member of staff at Growlmama.

The item/s must be returned as soon as reasonably practicable and within 14 days of the date of purchase. Please send your item/s to:

Refunds will be issued to the same payment method as the original purchase. We cannot refund the original cost of shipping.

COLOUR

Please note that while we have made every effort to match the colour of the product on screen to its appearance in real life, variations in colour calibration from computer to computer may result in slight variations.

CLAIMS

Claims arising from damage, delay or partial loss of goods in transit must be made in writing within seven working days of delivery. 

Growlmama will be afforded reasonable opportunity to investigate any claim made and if required goods must be returned in original packaging for examination. 

CANCELLATION RIGHTS

You are reminded that you are entitled to a full refund on cancellation within 7 days of receipt even though the product may not be faulty in any way. You must inform us in writing via email. A refund will be made as soon as possible after you cancel and in any case no later than 30 days.

In the case of a cancellation, you must cover the costs of the original and return postage. Your cancellation rights end seven working days after the day on which the goods are received by you.

As some methods of shipping require the goods to be signed for on delivery, please make sure there will be somebody is in to sign for the goods.
